101domus Opens Its First International Hub in Seoul, South Korea

The first 101domus Hub will open in Seoul in September 2026, launching a new international network for Italian luxury design.

101domus announces the opening of its first international Hub in Seoul, South Korea, scheduled for September 2026.

The initiative marks the official launch of the 101domus Hub Program, a long-term international project developed to create a network of operational hubs dedicated to Italian luxury design in some of the world's most dynamic and strategically relevant markets.

Conceived as a permanent bridge between Italian manufacturers and international design professionals, the Hub Program represents a new step in the evolution of the 101domus platform, extending its role beyond digital visibility and creating a physical presence within key international design ecosystems.

Seoul has been selected as the first destination of the program due to its growing influence within the luxury residential, hospitality and design sectors. Over the last decade, the Korean capital has emerged as one of Asia's most sophisticated markets, attracting international investment, premium real estate development and a new generation of design-driven projects.

Located in Seongsu-dong, one of Seoul's most active creative districts, the first 101domus Hub will operate as a permanent meeting point for architects, interior designers, developers and general contractors involved in high-end residential and hospitality projects.

More than a showroom or exhibition space, the Hub has been designed as an operational environment where professionals can explore materials, finishes, catalogues and collections from selected Italian brands while developing direct relationships with manufacturers and project stakeholders.

The objective is to simplify access to Italian design excellence while creating a more structured and continuous presence within international markets.

A Permanent Bridge Between Italy and Korea

Through the Hub, professionals working on residential and hospitality projects will be able to connect directly with a curated ecosystem of Italian companies operating across furniture, lighting, kitchens, surfaces, outdoor living and bespoke interior solutions.

At the same time, Italian brands will benefit from a permanent local structure capable of supporting relationship building, project development and market activities without the need to establish independent offices, showrooms or local organisations.

The Seoul Hub has been developed in collaboration with a local partner specialised in the furniture and interior design sector, ensuring direct market knowledge and ongoing coordination with Korean architects, developers and decision-makers involved in luxury projects.

The First Step of a Global Hub Network

The opening of the Seoul Hub represents the first phase of a broader international strategy.

Additional hubs are planned in other high-potential markets as part of a long-term vision aimed at creating a global network connecting Italian manufacturing excellence with the professionals shaping the future of luxury living worldwide.

This approach reflects the broader mission of 101domus: supporting the international growth of Italian design while facilitating meaningful connections between brands, professionals and projects across different regions of the world.

Professionals interested in discovering some of the international projects already developed by companies within the 101domus network can explore the dedicated Projects Area of 101domus.

September 2026 will mark not only the opening of a new space in Seoul, but the beginning of a new international chapter for 101domus and for the Italian luxury brands participating in the Hub Program.
