Private Villa Abu Dhabi – Borzalino Furniture by Palazzo Morelli Saadiyat

Designed by Italian studio Palazzo Morelli, under the personal direction of founder Alessandro Ortenzi, this private residence in Abu Dhabi reflects a meticulous attention to detail in every architectural and decorative element. The villa balances contemporary, modern lines with subtle touches of Middle Eastern glamour, resulting in interiors that feel both cosmopolitan and deeply rooted in the spirit of place.

Throughout the design process, Borzalino supported the architects with detailed 2D layout proposals, presenting numerous alternative compositions for each area where its pieces were selected — a collaborative approach that allowed the design team to explore spatial configurations with precision before finalising the scheme.

The furnishing selection includes the Franklin and Harmony sofas, the Eve Capitonné armchair, the Sigmund piece, and the Nima collection, each contributing distinct character across the villa's living spaces. A custom round pouf, designed specifically for the project, adds a tailored finishing touch that ties the composition together.

The result is a residence where Italian design expertise meets Middle Eastern sensibility, creating interiors of quiet sophistication, where every element — standard or bespoke — has been considered with the same level of care and precision.
