Custom Italian Furniture for the Emerald Villa in Dubai

In the XXII Carat Villas complex on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, the Emerald villa was furnished with models from the Opera Contemporary collection selected by Forum Group, the project’s developer. The brief covered the main living room, the dining room and four bedrooms, with most pieces adapted to the client’s requests for custom modifications.

The living room is anchored by Simon sectional sofas upholstered in green leather, a Cyrano coffee table in bronzed mirror and marble, an Isabel sofa-back console and a four-door Victor sideboard. In the dining room, the Romeo table was made to seat twelve, with bevelled mirror inserts and an inset marble top, flanked by a Teseo console in Macassar ebony and two custom Victor bar cabinets. The bedrooms combine the Berenice bed with its curved tufted headboard in brown velvet, the José bench and pouf, the Fritz bench, the Sophie armchair and the Margot side table.

For developers and designers working on Palm Jumeirah residences, the project shows how a single Italian manufacturer can furnish living, dining and sleeping areas with coordinated, made-to-measure pieces: Italian furniture for luxury residential projects delivered as one coherent supply.
