Living Room Furniture for Villa Adele, an Award-Winning Dubai Villa

Villa Adele in Dubai, winner of the Arabian Property Awards 2025, was designed by Palazzo Morelli and completed with the procurement services of Lato Home. Opera Contemporary was selected for the living area of a residence conceived to shift from quiet family home to a venue for large receptions.

The living room opens with the Cosmo L-shaped modular sofa, custom-sized at 575 × 245 cm, with diamond quilting on the outside of the backrest, pink velvet seats and satin bronze feet made to the client’s specification. Cosmo armchairs in an abstract shaded fabric — beige, antique pink, sage green and reddish brown — and cushions with floral decoration follow the project concept. At the centre, the Cyrano coffee table alternates Rosso Lepanto marble and a bronzed mirror surface; Gabriel side tables with satin bronze legs and Brian side tables carry tops in Verde Alpi Rameggiato marble with bevelled edges.

For FF&E teams working with Gulf developers, the project shows an Italian manufacturer delivering custom dimensions, finishes and upholstery within an award-winning residential scheme: Italian furniture for luxury residential projects coordinated with the designer and the procurement partner.
