In the heart of Florence, a private penthouse unfolds as an immersive sensory experience, where architecture, art, and everyday life converge through breathtaking views of the Arno river, Ponte Vecchio, and Piazza della Signoria. Developed in collaboration with interior designer Deniz Onel, the project translates this extraordinary urban panorama into a refined interior narrative, with every furnishing choice conceived to enhance the dialogue between space and skyline.

At its core, the New Kapp corner sofa has been positioned to frame an uninterrupted view of the Duomo, becoming both a functional centrepiece and a vantage point onto the city. Materials and finishes were selected with the same sensorial intent: the warmth of dark oak, the refined texture of hand-brushed Delabré metal, and the cool elegance of Rosso Levanto and Nero Sahara marble — each surface contributing to a layered, tactile composition that culminates in leather-upholstered boiserie throughout the living spaces.

A fully bespoke bookcase defines the identity of the living room, featuring double-access oak shelving, integrated LED lighting, and a 360-degree rotating TV module that creates a dynamic interplay between art and function. Standard pieces including the Ground A and Ground B coffee tables, the Minerva bench, the Emily chair, and Hug trays complete the scheme with understated sophistication.

More than a furnishing project, the penthouse represents a lived experience — a home where design welcomes, inspires, and connects, designed to be rediscovered anew with every return.
