The temperature is adjustable via an independent cooling system, maintaining humidity levels between 60% and 70%.

The left side is non-refrigerated and offers ample space for storing glasses and stemware. It is also equipped with a pull-out tray and a spacious drawer containing all the essential tools for serving beverages: an elegant ice bucket made of horn, stainless steel, and Amara ebony, four round horn coasters, and a practical corkscrew in horn and stainless steel. Upon request, a CE-certified blast chiller can be added to the accessories.
