The Esedra sofa translates the exedra, the curved architectural recess where classical gatherings and conversations took place, into a contemporary seating piece. Its frame is built in beech wood, shaped with curved multilayer construction to achieve the sofa's continuous, sweeping profile. Two different fabrics from category C dress the seat and back, adding a layered, tactile quality to the upholstery. Loose decorative pillows are left to the client's own choice and are not included. As one of Francesco Molon's curved sofas, it is built for open-plan living rooms where the sofa itself becomes a spatial divider rather than simply lining a wall. It belongs to the Prospettiva collection, where classical architecture is reinterpreted in a modern-contemporary key.
