The chair was drawn to sit around the SAHARA rectangular table, where six or eight of them form a sculptural dining set. The armrests are part of the teak frame, so the chair reads as a single carved block rather than an assembly of parts. Over time the teak develops the silver patina typical of the wood, or it can be oiled to keep its warm tone.
Cushions are filled with waterproof Dacron and can be removed for cleaning. A waterproof polyester cover is included with every chair. Sold individually.
SAHARA Outdoor Chair
100% Made in Italy
The Giorgio Collection SAHARA outdoor chair is the dining seat of the collection. Its frame is solid natural Burma teak, cut in clean architectural planes with a satin stainless steel logo inset in the back. Seat and back cushions are white special-treated outdoor fabric with a dark piping that outlines the shape. The textile resists water, sun and salt and keeps its softness over the seasons. An Italian outdoor chair designed by Studio Viganò and made in Italy. Also available in leather or in customer fabric.
