Inspired by the deckchairs of ocean liners, the SAHARA version replaces canvas and folding joints with a fixed teak frame of architectural clarity. The open loop under the seat keeps the piece visually light, while the wide teak sections give it the stability to stay outdoors all summer.
Place one by the pool with a Nomad lamp at its side, or pair two facing the sea. A waterproof polyester cover is included. The SAHARA sunbed on wheels, with adjustable backrest, is the companion piece for those who prefer to lie flat.
SAHARA Outdoor Deckchair
100% Made in Italy
The Giorgio Collection SAHARA outdoor deckchair is a sculpture to lie on. Its frame is solid natural Burma teak bent into a continuous angular loop that forms legs, armrests and backrest in one line. A long cushion in white special-treated fabric with dark piping follows the reclined seat, with a separate headrest at the top. The fabric resists water, sun and salt and stays soft through the season. An Italian outdoor chaise designed by Studio Viganò and made in Italy. Also available in leather or in customer fabric.
