Iris belongs to the collection designed by Materica for Profilo9. This composition combines three Iris modules side by side, for a total width of 390 cm.
The cantilevered shelves create an open, branch-like rhythm. Books and objects can be displayed from every side, so the composition also works as a room divider. The stone parts are cut and finished by hand, so each shelf has its own texture.

The Profilo9 Iris bookcase composition turns three modules into a sculptural library wall. Each module has a slim central metal post in Profilo Mat finish. Thick shelves in Travertino Titanio stone extend from the post on alternating sides. The raw travertine shows layered bands of grey and violet, like natural rock. A low travertine plinth anchors each module to the floor. It is a striking Italian bookcase for living rooms, studies and open spaces.
