Giorgio Collection Mirage, Moonlight and Charisma, Penthouse Kaliningrad

This luxury penthouse in Kaliningrad sits under a pitched roof with tall gabled windows, and was furnished by Giorgio Collection in collaboration with Chashkina Interior, the studio founded by designer Alena Chashkina, a member of the Association of Designers and Decorators of Russia, the Union of Designers of Russia, the British Institute of Interior Design and AIPI Italy. Pieces from several Giorgio Collection lines were selected to work together as a total look.

The open-plan living and dining area is furnished with the Mirage collection: sofas, cocktail tables with tops in Black Kenya marble and figured Mowinghi wood from Madagascar, occasional armchairs in black solid wood, the rectangular dining table with Mowinghi top and base in satin black nickel-plated steel, upholstered chairs with quilted backs, showcases and the TV cabinet. The bedrooms use two further lines: the Moonlight bedroom, with its solid-wood headboard with quilted upholstered inserts and furniture in Tasmanian figured eucalyptus, and the Charisma bedroom with its large headboard, rounded bedside tables, armchairs and lamps.

For interior designers specifying Italian furniture for residential projects, the Kaliningrad penthouse shows three Giorgio Collection lines, Mirage, Moonlight and Charisma, combined in one apartment with a shared palette of soft colours and dark woods.
