Connor’s cushions are raised from the floor by two solid wood sled bases, then laid on a visible leather-upholstered platform—a kind of flying carpet that unfolds into open-shaped seats and functional surfaces suited to the piece’s intended use. The backrest and armrests of this important sofa are solid and full-bodied, designed to welcome, support, and protect the human body.

There are furnishings that make our spaces truly alive, that create long-term value rather than fleeting emotional effects. This is the case with the new modular sofa by Borzalino, a piece of quiet refinement, forward-thinking and highly customizable.
