Mattino d’Inverno by Esperia is one of the most poetic expressions of the historic Quasars collection, conceived in the late 1960s through the artistic collaboration with Angelo Brotto. Inspired by the cultural fascination with the universe and the first space missions, these luminous sculptures were created to bridge the worlds of lighting and artistic composition.

This wall-mounted piece is distinguished by an organic cluster of Murano glass elements arranged in a crystalline, almost frost-like formation. The interplay between opaque white glass and transparent components generates depth and a delicate diffusion of light, reminiscent of a winter morning illuminated by soft natural brightness.

The sculptural composition is supported by a geometric metal structure, reinforcing the balance between artistic spontaneity and architectural precision. First presented at Euroluce during Salone del Mobile, the Quasars collection became a symbol of Esperia worldwide.

Today, Mattino d’Inverno is reissued strictly according to Angelo Brotto’s original drawings, preserving the same artisanal excellence and long-standing collaboration with historic Murano glassworks such as Venini and Moretti. More than a wall light, it is a luminous artwork designed for prestigious residential and hospitality interiors.
