Female Majlis for a Private Villa in Dubai by Modenese
This female majlis in Dubai, UAE, was designed by Modenese Luxury Interiors as a reception room for a private villa. The concept translates classical design principles into a Middle Eastern setting: a symmetrical layout, a soft colour palette and architectural detailing for formal gatherings and social occasions.
The furnishings were custom-designed and supplied by the studio. Upholstered sofas and armchairs with carved wooden frames are paired with marble-top tables and tailored decorative elements. Delicate green fabrics with gold accents, damask wall coverings and crystal chandeliers give the room its identity within a classical scheme.
Working as design studio and general contractor, Modenese Luxury Interiors covered interior architectural design, bespoke furniture manufacturing, finishes, lighting coordination and installation. For professionals sourcing Italian furniture for residential projects in the Emirates, the majlis shows a culturally specific room furnished turnkey.
