Contemporary Villa Living Room in Miami by Modenese Luxury Interiors
This contemporary living room for a luxury villa in Miami, USA, applies the design language of Modenese Luxury Interiors to modern residential architecture. The double-height space is built on openness and light: soft neutral tones, curved volumes and vertical elements give the room rhythm and scale.
All furnishings were custom-designed and supplied by the studio. Sculptural sofas, rounded armchairs, custom coffee tables and tailored side tables are arranged in a curved seating area, with refined upholstery, marble tops and subtle metallic accents. The project also includes a dining area with a round table and upholstered chairs.
As interior design studio and general contractor, Modenese Luxury Interiors managed concept development, bespoke furniture production, lighting design, finish selection and installation coordination. For professionals sourcing Italian furniture for residential projects in the United States, the villa shows bespoke contemporary pieces delivered under one contract.
