The DOMUS base is formed from two sheet elements bent into complementary curves and joined so that they brace each other, an entirely welded solution that removes the need for visible fixings under the top. The circular top is laser cut and edge finished by hand, then treated with the same aged liquid varnish as the base so that top and support age together. At 35 cm the height is deliberately low, letting the table slide close to a deep sofa without crowding the seat line, and the solid base makes it stable on rugs. Finishes can be specified across the powder-coated colour ranges as well as the aged pewter, bronze and copper palette, and a smaller companion completes the pair.

The Ronda Design DOMUS Large Coffee Table balances a wide circular disc on two intersecting curved metal blades, all finished in a warm aged bronze whose cloudy, hand-burnished depth changes with the daylight. Designed by Massimo Barbierato, it reads as a single piece of folded metal rather than a top and a base, bringing quiet sculptural weight to sofa arrangements in living rooms, suites and lounges.
