Tube is one of the most recognisable shapes in the Rossi di Albizzate catalogue. Its clear language and extreme synthesis earned it a place on Italian postage stamps. The sofa shares its silhouette with the Tube armchair and loveseat, so the pieces compose a coherent living set.

The frame is matte black painted metal. The seat uses high-density foam rubber with a non-deformable core insert. Armrests and backrest combine a painted metal structure with polyurethane foam padding. The cover is made only in stretch fabrics such as DORIS, and the legs come in several metal finishes.
