Dimensions: 61 × 54 × 67h cm
Materials: Oak wood / leather
Finish: Leather category B
The Cornice dining chair shares its name and architectural language with the matching Cornice lounge armchair, here scaled and proportioned for the dining table. Its frame is built in solid oak wood, a dense and durable hardwood suited to daily use around a table. Leather category B upholsters the seat and back, ageing gracefully over years of use. A clean, crowning line runs along the top of the backrest, echoing the projecting cornice that gives the piece its name. As one of Francesco Molon's Italian chairs, it belongs to the Prospettiva collection, where classical architecture is reinterpreted in a modern-contemporary key. It is designed to be paired with the Dorico dining table for a coordinated Prospettiva dining room.
