The 1798/A2 is the grandest wall lamp in the Bucintoro family — a 2-light bra of palatial proportions, measuring H 90 cm, L 45 cm, with a 28 cm projection. Like the chandelier family it complements, every glass element of the A2 is individually hand-blown in Murano: the two bossole cylindrical lantern bodies, the sottotazza bases, the ornate pastorali curling arms and the decorative cornucopie and passasorse details — assembled into a composition that commands a wall as powerfully as a painting of the same scale. In Amethyst and 24kt Gold (AMT.ORO), the two lantern cylinders glow with a deep, jewelled violet — the 24-carat gold leaf fused within the Murano amethyst glass transforming each lamp body into a luminous gem. Gold Bronzing (PO) metalwork, with its warm tones and sinuous Venetian profiles, provides the setting for these glass jewels. The 1798/A2 is designed to be placed flanking a Bucintoro chandelier in matching finish, or as a standalone decorative statement in corridors, stairwells and reception rooms. Designed by Sylcom LAB.
