The 8-light version of the Bucintoro represents the collection at its most imposing — a true palazzo-scale chandelier that fully realises the vision of Sylcom LAB: to recreate the splendour of the lanterns adorning the Bucintoro, the Doge's legendary golden galley, in hand-blown Murano glass. Over 400 components — cylindrical bossole lantern bodies, sottotazza cup bases, the sweeping pastorali arms, decorative cornucopie, pointed puntali finials and passasorse connecting pieces — are individually shaped by master Murano glassblowers and assembled into a chandelier measuring Ø 120 cm wide and H 129 cm tall. In pure Crystal (CR), the Bucintoro achieves a timeless, light-flooded transparency: every facet of the hand-worked glass catches and multiplies the light source, casting prismatic brilliance across walls and ceilings. Paired with Silver Bronzing (PA) metalwork, the overall effect is one of cool, crystalline grandeur — a classical Venetian statement that integrates seamlessly with neo-baroque, neoclassical and contemporary luxury interiors alike.
