Presented in 2019, the Colonne collection features six sculptures made of stacked elements: cylinders of different sizes and diameters that form fragmented columns. They are slip cast in white clay and coated with glossy, matte, craquelé or lava-effect glazes. The palette includes pastel and neutral tones such as white, peach pink, ochre, forest green, black and lava black.
David Lopez Quincoces and Fanny Bauer Grung lead Quincoces-Dragò & Partners, a Milan-based architecture and design studio. Their essential style mixes clean lines, neutral colours and a balance of contemporary and vintage, and in 2023 they were selected for the AD100 list of Architectural Digest. One of the smallest Colonne pieces, it suits a desk, a bedside table or a bathroom shelf.

100% Made in Italy
The Bitossi Ceramiche COLONNE bud vase by Quincoces-Dragò is a small sculpture made of two stacked elements. A slim white column rests off-centre on a base built from stacked round discs. The column has a scratched matte white finish, with fine vertical lines drawn into the glaze. The disc base shines in glossy peach pink and recalls a pile of small plates. The offset placement gives the piece a light, almost architectural balance. It is a designer vase for a single stem.
