Rimini Blu pays homage to the Romagna Riviera, a major destination for international tourism. The collection is characterised by graphic motifs stamped into the surface texture. Quick touches of colour lie beneath the blue glaze, and the crystalline layer makes them luminous. On a vertical form, the decoration becomes a sequence of precious bands.

Painter, sculptor and ceramist, Aldo Londi worked with Bitossi for more than fifty years. His ability to reinterpret ancient models with a modern eye is clear in this piece. Bitossi Ceramiche still produces it in Montelupo Fiorentino, where it was founded in 1921. Its height makes it a perfect vertical accent among the lower animals of the series.
