Rimini Blu owes its name to the Romagna Riviera, a destination that attracted travellers from all over the world. The collection is defined by motifs stamped into the surface texture. Quick touches of colour lie under the blue glaze, and the crystalline layer makes them luminous. In the porcupine, the decoration becomes the shape itself.

Aldo Londi collaborated with Bitossi for more than fifty years, first as art director. His research into materials, techniques and colours shaped the identity of the company. Bitossi Ceramiche still produces the collection in Montelupo Fiorentino, where it was founded in 1921. The porcupine looks lively next to the owl and the lapwing.
