In 1956 Aldo Londi introduced stamp engraving among the decorative techniques used at Bitossi. Together with graphic language and colour, this method made the Rimini Blu collection famous, produced continuously since 1959. To mark the 70th anniversary of the technique, Bitossi presents Le Miniature, a faithful transposition of some of the most iconic subjects of the collection.
Aldo Londi (1911-2003) was a painter, a sculptor and above all a ceramist. He collaborated with Bitossi for over fifty years, first as artistic director and later as a contributor. The miniatures are made in Montelupo Fiorentino, where the company was founded in 1921. Grouped with other animals of the series, the ram forms a small blue menagerie.

100% Made in Italy
The Bitossi Ceramiche RIMINI BLU MINIATURE ram figurine reduces one of the most iconic Rimini Blu subjects to a small scale. The ram shows curled horns and a compact body on four short legs. Stamped motifs cover the surface with the same precision of mark as the larger pieces. It is cast in white clay and finished in the signature blue glaze of the collection. A charming italian ceramic figurine for a shelf, a desk or a gift.
