The Historical Archive Reissues faithfully reproduce ceramics that Aldo Londi created between the 1950s and the 1970s. Aldo Londi designed this vase in 1973. Each reissue carries the inventory number of the original piece on its base, together with the historic brand name Cav. G. Bitossi & Figli.
Londi was a painter, a sculptor and above all a ceramist. Bitossi Ceramiche still makes his designs in Montelupo Fiorentino, where the company was founded in 1921. With its solid base, this vase is stable and easy to use with fresh flowers. It looks at home in a modern living room or a bright kitchen.

100% Made in Italy
This Bitossi Ceramiche ARCHIVIO STORICO vase reissues a 1973 design by Aldo Londi. Its bell-shaped body rises from a wide base to a small, bottle-like neck. Two square lugs stand out on the shoulders like tiny handles. A two-tone glossy glaze divides the vase horizontally, with light turquoise above and deep black below. The contrast is simple, sharp and very graphic. It is a luxury designer vase produced in a limited edition of 199 pieces.
