Aldo Londi created Rimini Blu in 1959, and Bitossi Ceramiche has produced it ever since. The collection pays homage to the Romagna Riviera, a symbol of Italian holidays. Its blue glaze and crystalline layer give each piece a luminous depth. This deep bowl is the most practical shape of the range.
Londi spent more than fifty years with Bitossi, where he opened a season of research into materials, techniques and colours. The company has been based in Montelupo Fiorentino, in Tuscany, since 1921. Place the bowl on a dining table, or pair it with Rimini Blu vases. It brings a Mediterranean note to any room.

The Bitossi Ceramiche RIMINI BLU bowl is a deep, generous hemisphere resting on a low foot. Its wide rounded walls are finished in the vibrant blue crystalline glaze of the collection. Fine stamped marks and quick touches of colour animate the surface. The glaze catches the light like reflections on the sea. It is a designer bowl for fruit, or a centrepiece for a table or a kitchen island. It is made in Tuscany, like every piece of the collection.
